Thank you for your support!

I'd like to thank the electorate for showing faith in us by re-electing us in Bexley.

I've knocked on too many doors to remember over the past few months but the striking difference about this campaign has been the fact that the residents have, in general, been happy with the services the Council delivers and acknowledged the difference we have made to the Borough over the past 4 years.

We listened to our residents and we delivered on our promises - a true partnership to make our Borough even better.

What a difference to the previous administration (& Opposition) who relied on slurs and scare stories during the campaign - the most recent of which has meant the involvement of solicitors - it begs the question "were they so devoid of ideas for our Borough that they had to resort to such measures?

I can assure all Bexley residents that my team have the ideas, energy, enthusiasm and aspirations to make Bexley even better, we look forward to delivering our promises over the next 4 years whilst continuing to put Bexley First."

Councillor Teresa O'Neill
Leader, London Borough of Bexley
