Cllr Graham D’Amiral has been selected to stand in place of Cllr Baroness O’Neill of Bexley OBE, as she is stepping down at this election after 17 years leading Bexley Council. He lives locally and brings a wealth of experience and knowledge, having previously served as a Bexley councillor.
