We’re standing to be re-elected as your local Conservative Councillors for St. Mary’s
and St. James Ward — to keep our community green, clean and safe.
Since you first elected us, we’ve delivered a new pedestrian crossing on Hurst Road,
resurfaced many local roads and installed new litter bins, campaigned to bring the
Superloop to Bexley Village, and helped protect our area’s green spaces and unique
character.
Kurtis is a former police officer who now works to recruit the most talented and
committed individuals into public service. He lives with his family in Bexley Village.
Cameron is proud to live locally with his wife and young family. He works on
communications and has worked for a variety of organisations.
If you re-elect us as your local councillors, we’ll work to:
• Fix more local roads in our area, with a plan to resurface Upton Road South,
Parsonage Lane, and Bourne Road this year.
• Protect Bexley Village and North Cray’s green spaces by opposing Labour’s plan to
build on the green belt and fighting inappropriate development.
• Bring the Superloop to Bexley Village so we have an express bus route to the
Elizabeth Line and Queen Mary’s Hospital.
• Improve road safety by pushing the police target those who speed dangerously on
our roads, securing new speed indicator devices and further road surface upgrades.
• Tackle crime by fighting for more police resources to tackle car theft, anti-social
behaviour and shoplifting.
• Keep our community thriving by working with local businesses, charities, residents’
associations, and sports clubs.
As experienced Councillors and fellow local residents, it is a privilege to serve our local
community, and we’re asking for your vote again so we can keep delivering for Bexley
Village, Coldblow and North Cray.
