We are proud to stand together as your Conservative candidates for the May 2026 local elections. Between us, we bring decades of experience as councillors and professionals, and we share a deep commitment to Falconwood and Welling’s future.
Our priorities are clear: keeping Falconwood and Welling clean and vibrant, protecting our precious green spaces, enhancing public transport, and encouraging thoughtful investment. We believe in delivering real results — not just promises.
Our community is a special place. From the award-winning beauty of Danson Park to the outstanding facilities in Welling High Street, we will fight to preserve and improve what makes our community great.
We are ready to listen, ready to act, and ready to serve.
Christine Catterall
As a current Councillor in Bexley, I have been active in Welling since 2014, supporting local residents with a range of issues. I regularly attend Safer Neighbourhood meetings in both Welling wards and am keen to support the local police in their efforts to combat any antisocial behaviour and issues in the area. I am passionate about protecting our green spaces and am a member of the group Friends of Danson Park. I have thoroughly enjoyed my time serving as a local councillor and am keen to carry on serving the residents of Welling.
Dave Curtois
I’ve proudly called Falconwood and Welling home for 13 years and care deeply about our community. I’ve worked hard to protect Danson Park and chaired Safer Neighbourhood
Panels, building strong relationships with local police to keep our streets safe. I have successfully campaigned against inappropriate HMOs and will continue tackling illegal parking and poor housing practices. My goal is to ensure the ward thrives through healthy, sustainable investment. With proven results and a genuine love for the area, I’m committed to making Falconwood and Welling even better for everyone.
Barry Saunders
For 18 years, I’ve been a proud Welling business owner, committed to restoring our high street and strengthening our community. I founded Uniformed Services Day and the Truck Pull in 2010, now major charity events recognised by the British Army. I’ve delivered real improvements — tree planting, refurbished benches, new lighting, market days, and the Welling Food Festival — and created the Welling Town Business Association, offering vital support to local traders. I’m determined to tackle anti-social behaviour, bring policing back to our town, and help Welling thrive again.
